01The service
Summarize Pro produces automated summaries of documents you submit, with claims cited to the source text. Summaries are generated by an AI model. They are a reading aid, not advice: the original document remains the system of record, and you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. The service provides no legal, medical, or financial advice and makes no guarantee of completeness.
02Acceptable use
Submit only documents you have the right to process. Do not upload special-category personal data as defined by GDPR Article 9 (health, biometric, and similar sensitive data), other people’s confidential material without authorization, or content that is unlawful to possess or distribute. We may refuse or delete jobs that violate this section.
03Plans and billing
The trial is 25 pages, one time, free. Pro is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe, cancellable any time from the billing portal, effective at the period end. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Usage is measured in pages as described on the pricing page. Nothing auto-charges beyond what you bought.
04Your content
You keep all rights to your documents and summaries. You grant us only the processing needed to run the service. Uploaded files are deleted after processing; summaries are yours to keep or delete.
05Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a summary without verification against the source document.
06Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders. Questions via the contact form. Governing law: France.
